My 13 year old son was diagnosed with an egg and peanut allergy when he was 11 months old. He cannot eat eggs in any form. I have been baking and cooking without eggs since then. I adapt recipes and have been able to recreate most baked goods which receive great reviews from family and friends alike. I was not going to settle with baking with eggs for our family and without just for my son. There had to be a way to bake successfully and not compromise on taste and texture. Hopefully this site will be helpful for many families out there who have a child with an egg allergy and need some help getting started baking and cooking and living eggless.
